TERMS OF SERVICES
When ordering, you agree with all of the terms liested below
If any rules are broken, I hold the full right of declining/canceling your order
General:
• Please send clear references so I can easily draw your character, Images are preferred• If I don't feel confortable with an order, I reserve the right to decline it• I do NOT permit ANYONE to use their commission for AI or NFT usage• After finishing the artwork, I still have the rights to use it for self promotion, and composition of my portfolio
Payment:
• Payment plans are available and can be discussed when ordering• The payment method is exclusively via Invoice on PayPal that will be made by the artist• The currency used is USD $
Refund and cancelation:
• If there was no payment made yet, the order can be canceled anytime• This is a lengthy process and you agree to not do a chargeback during the process or after. If you want a refund we can get to an agreement.• If the order needs to be canceled after I started the project, the amount refunded will follow the rule:
Sketch:70% refunded
Lineart: 30% refunded
Coloring: No refund available• If I am responsible for a cancelation of a project, I will refund the entire amount to the client• If any kind of refund is forced via third party, all the rights over the art will be revoked from the contractor and the artist will retain the right over the art, having the right to sell to other buyers. The offending contractor will no longer be accepted for art commissioning after the incident
Changes and image usage:
• I permit changes made by other artists to my vtuber models (cutting corrections, extra outfits, etc)• I don't charge any extras for changes on vtuber models requested by your rigger, and they can be made at any time to reach a better result when animated.• Any changes after the sketch is approved will have an extra fee depending on the complexity.• After the commission is considered finished, I will not do any revisions to it• For commercial usage an extra 80% fee is added on top of the commission price. (Illustration + 80% of the art's price)

Caso alguma dessas regras seja quebrada, eu tenho o direito de cancelar o seu pedido
Geral:
• Por favor envie referências claras do seu personagem, preferencialmente imagens.• Caso eu não me sinta confortável com o seu pedido, eu reservo o direito de nega-lo• Eu não permito o uso da minha arte para IA ou NFT, MESMO QUE VOCÊ TENHA PAGO POR ELA• Mesmo após o término da ilustração, eu retenho os direitos para promoção pessoal e composição do meu portifólio.
Pagamento:
• Planos de pagamento são possíveis e devem ser discutidos durante o pedido• O pagamento é feito exclusivamente por pix. Para outras opções favor consultar• Para garantir a segurança da artista, o trabalho será entregue a medida que o valor combinado for pago.
Cancelamento e devolução:
• Se ainda não houve pagamento, o pedido pode ser cancelado a qualquer momento• Este é um processo demorado e você concorda em não fazer um estorno durante ou após o processo. Se você quiser um reembolso, podemos chegar a um acordo.• Caso o pedido precise ser cancelado após eu ter iniciado o projeto, o valor reembolsado seguirá a regra:
Sketch:70% devolvido
Lineart: 30% devolvido
Cores: Não haverá devolução• Se eu for responsável pelo cancelamento de um projeto, reembolsarei o valor total ao cliente• Se algum tipo de reembolso for forçado por meio de terceiros, todos os direitos sobre a arte serão revogados do contratante e o artista manterá o direito sobre a arte, podendo vendê-la a outros compradores. O contratante ofensivo não será mais aceito para comissionamento de arte após o incidente
Mudanças e uso de imagem:
• Eu permito alterações feitas por outros artistas em meus modelos vtuber (correções de corte, roupas extras, etc)• Não cobro nenhum extra para alterações nos modelos vtuber solicitados pelo seu rigger, e podem ser feitas a qualquer momento para obter um melhor resultado quando animado.• Qualquer alteração após a aprovação do sketch terá um custo extra dependendo da complexidade.• Depois que a comissão for considerada concluída, não farei nenhuma revisão nela• Para uso comercial (encomenda com o intuito de vender a arte de alguma forma) é aplicado um valor de 100% por cima do valor original, ou seja, duas vezes o valor da arte
